Job Summary
As part of our executive team, you will use your experience and technical expertise to lead, advise, and develop key engineering projects for the Company. These projects include major fixed process plant installations, industrial power transformation and reticulation, shaft installations, tailings and water treatment facilities, in addition you will provide guidance and development for the engineering team (mechanical/electrical) at the mine. You are known for keeping best practices top of mind while exhibiting a high degree of professionalism on projects. Ultimately, you will ensure that the departments you are responsible for are working as cohesive, high performance teams who are in line with the Companies strategies that will help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.

· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Safety:
The individual will have the authority and accountability for maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. He or she must follow company safety and health standards and report any unsafe acts or conditions to his or her supervisor. The individual is responsible for the use of all safety equipment, i.e., lanyards, warning signs and labeling, according to company rules and applicable legislation. He or she is also responsible to ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.
